Who We Help / 03
Founder-Led Strategy + Implementation

Search and websites built around the customers you want—not just a new look.

For owners who need appropriate inquiries, have limited time, and may have already paid for work that looked fine but did not make the next customer decision easier.

A useful local-service website has to do more than look professional. It needs clear services, accurate coverage areas, credible proof, mobile usability, working contact paths, and a follow-up process that can handle the inquiries it earns. MFGSEO works directly with the owner to understand the business, build the agreed improvements, and make the next decisions from better evidence.

What tends to need work

The problem is usually not a lack of activity. It is a path that does not hold together.

01

A website that looks fine but does not answer the buyer

Customers still need to know what you do, where you work, why they should trust you, and how to take the next step—especially from a phone.

02

Coverage and service details that do not match reality

Outdated service areas, generic service descriptions, and missing proof make it harder for the right customer to self-qualify before they contact you.

03

Inquiries without a reliable next step

A form or call only helps when it reaches the right person, the response process is clear, and the business can tell the difference between an inquiry and a booked job.

04

Marketing spend that is not tied to operating capacity

More visibility is not automatically useful if average job value, margins, close rate, capacity, and follow-up cannot support the investment.

How delivery works

Research first. Then build the agreed work, connect the path, and improve from evidence.

MFGSEO begins with the actual business: services, service areas, customer questions, current website, proof, inquiry handling, and the numbers that make an appropriate inquiry valuable. Then we agree on the pages, paths, forms, tracking, and implementation work that fit the business. The work is documented so the owner is not left guessing what changed or what to improve next.

Relevant work

  • Service clarity, coverage areas, and useful proof
  • Website structure, service pages, and mobile customer paths
  • Working contact forms, agreed routing, and inquiry tracking
  • Local search, measurement, and the next practical improvement
Investment fit

A defined build, a clear commercial model, and a reason to make the investment.

Build, Launch & Improve is $5,500 per month for a three-month initial engagement, totaling $16,500. The initial agreed build is included for projects that fit the standard scope.

Before recommending the engagement, we discuss average job value, margins, close rates, capacity, acquisition costs, sales process, and current customer acquisition. The engagement needs to make sense for the business as well as the website.

The $5,500 monthly fee is one part of the investment. The practical question is whether the business can earn back the work through better-fit customers, clearer decisions, improved follow-up, and less rework over time. An inquiry is not the same thing as a booked job, and a booked job is not the same thing as profitable work. We use the numbers you can reliably share to assess fit before recommending the engagement.

Good fit signals

  • 01A defined service, coverage area, and customer path to improve
  • 02The capacity and follow-up process to respond to appropriate inquiries
  • 03A business case for useful infrastructure—not a request for a guaranteed lead count
Audience questions

Practical questions before a scoped engagement starts.

01Do we need a brand-new website?

Not necessarily. We first look at what exists: service clarity, coverage information, mobile experience, proof, contact paths, technical condition, and the practical limits of the current platform. If the existing site can support the agreed improvement, targeted work may be the better path. A new build is only recommended when it is the practical way to solve the constraint.

02How do you decide whether this investment makes sense for my business?

We discuss average job value, margins, close rate, capacity, acquisition costs, follow-up, and the type of customer you actually want. The goal is not to pretend every business should spend $5,500 per month. It is to decide whether a three-month, $16,500 engagement has a credible operating case before either side commits.

03What is included in the $5,500 monthly engagement?

Build, Launch & Improve is $5,500 per month for an initial three months. It can include the agreed research, architecture, pages or templates, implementation, local search improvements, form connection, measurement, launch checks, documentation, and prioritized improvements. The specific scope is written down before kickoff. Larger builds, added markets, custom applications, and complex integrations are separately scoped.

04Will a new website guarantee profitable leads?

No. A better website can make it easier for the right customer to understand the business and take a next step, but it cannot guarantee demand, booked jobs, margins, or revenue. Results also depend on market demand, service quality, pricing, response time, sales follow-up, capacity, and the work outside the website. We do not use a guarantee to replace a clear scope and measurement plan.

05How do you handle forms and inquiry follow-up?

We create or improve the agreed contact path, connect it to the existing email destination or workflow, and verify that it works. The business still owns response speed, qualification, scheduling, and close process. We can help make the handoff clearer and track the signals available; we do not represent an inquiry as a booked job.

06What happens after the first three months?

Continuation requires your affirmative agreement. If you continue, work proceeds month to month at $5,500 with 30 days' written cancellation notice, following an agreed priority plan. That can include content, technical improvements, conversion testing, measurement, reporting, or a clearly scoped expansion. It is not automatic, unlimited, or hosting-only maintenance.
