Work that never reaches implementation
A useful assessment can still fail when ownership, development capacity, procurement, review cycles, or platform dependencies are not surfaced early.
For marketing leaders managing agencies, developers, platforms, procurement, and competing priorities—not looking for another strategy that stalls after the kickoff deck.
Enterprise search work crosses marketing, content, sales, analytics, legal, brand, and technology. MFGSEO works with the people already responsible for those systems. The job is to define ownership, work inside the approved environment, scope dependencies early, and make progress visible as the agreed work moves from research to implementation.

A useful assessment can still fail when ownership, development capacity, procurement, review cycles, or platform dependencies are not surfaced early.
02
Agencies, internal developers, analytics teams, and platform owners can each control part of the path. The work needs a practical handoff and an accountable next move.
03
Traffic alone does not show whether the right buyer can understand the offer, take the next step, or become a qualified inquiry that the business can evaluate.
The engagement starts with research and a working view of the current site, search opportunity, measurement, ownership, and constraints. Then the agreed work is built within the systems you already use where practical. Decisions, dependencies, and implementation status are documented so the internal team can see what is moving, what is blocked, and why.
Relevant work
Build, Launch & Improve is $5,500 per month for a three-month initial engagement, totaling $16,500. The initial agreed build is included for projects that fit the standard scope.
The engagement fits when there is a meaningful business objective, an accountable internal owner, and a realistic route to access, review, and approval. It is not a replacement for security, procurement, brand governance, or an existing internal team.
The $5,500 monthly fee is one part of the investment. The more important question is whether the work can be implemented, maintained, and evaluated inside the existing operating model. Before kickoff, we identify the practical dependencies so the team is not funding recommendations with no route to production.
Good fit signals
MFGSEO does not replace capable internal teams or agencies by default. We define the agreed work, ownership, implementation path, review points, and dependencies. Depending on the project, MFGSEO can provide architecture, approved copy, implementation, technical specifications, or direct work in the agreed environment. The goal is to make each party's role clearer, not create a parallel process.
Yes. A rebuild is not the default answer. We assess the existing site, platform, page structure, technical condition, and conversion path first. If targeted improvements can address the constraint, that is usually the more practical route. A separate build is only recommended when the current environment materially limits the agreed outcome.
The engagement is $5,500 per month for an initial three months, totaling $16,500. It can cover a defined combination of research, architecture, approved pages or templates, implementation, technical work, forms and measurement, launch checks, documentation, and prioritized improvements. The exact work is agreed before kickoff; large migrations, custom applications, complex integrations, and expanded programs are separately scoped.
We need an accountable owner, relevant access for the approved work, and context on goals, audiences, existing platforms, and review requirements. We also need a practical approval path. Access and participation are scoped to the project; there is no expectation that MFGSEO bypasses security, procurement, legal, or brand controls.
We start with the available evidence: search demand, current pages, customer paths, inquiry handling, and existing measurement. The agreed tracking and reporting should make it easier to distinguish visibility, website behavior, inquiries, and any downstream business signal the team can reliably share. That does not create a guarantee of pipeline or revenue; it creates a more useful decision record.
Dependencies are documented as early as possible and revisited throughout the engagement. A delay can change sequencing, timing, or what can be validated in the initial term. We do not promise fixed launch dates when approvals or access sit outside the agreed delivery control. The status, blocker, and next owner stay visible so the work can resume cleanly.
Bring the business, the constraint, and the outcome that needs to move. We’ll decide whether Build, Launch & Improve is the right fit before work begins.
